Job Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Manager at LaserAway plays a critical role in ensuring that our clinics operate smoothly and safely. This position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of both the interior and exterior areas of our clinics. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, coordinate repairs, and communicate with vendors to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. This role also involves collaborating with upper management and building owners to budget for and meet the ongoing needs of the facilities.
As a key member of the team, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, up-to-date, and fully functional. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining flexible to the evolving needs of the business.
