Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Manager at LaserAway plays a critical role in ensuring that our clinics operate smoothly and safely. This position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of both the interior and exterior areas of our clinics. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, coordinate repairs, and communicate with vendors to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. This role also involves collaborating with upper management and building owners to budget for and meet the ongoing needs of the facilities.

As a key member of the team, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, up-to-date, and fully functional. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining flexible to the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks in LaserAway clinics.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of clinic interiors and exteriors.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist in repairs or coordinate with vendors.
• Schedule routine maintenance with outside vendors as needed.
• Ensure all furniture and office equipment is current and functional.
• Collaborate with upper management and building owners on budgeting and facilities planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with co-workers and management.
• Ability to communicate professionally and with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task effectively, particularly with scheduling across multiple locations.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement around the facility, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs to inspect various parts of the building.
• Capacity to lift and carry heavy objects, such as tools and equipment, often up to 50 pounds or more.
• Performing repetitive tasks that require physical endurance.
