As the VP, Brand & Creative, you’ll lead LaserAway’s brand strategy, elevate our creative vision, and oversee a talented team of designers, copywriters, and content creators. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio of standout creative campaigns in beauty, fashion, or home décor, and proven success managing creative teams and driving brand transformation.

Compensation:

Step into a role that rewards excellence! Earn an impressive base salary of $200,000-$240,000, plus a performance-driven bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire & Lead: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Define Brand Strategy: Craft and execute a compelling brand strategy that differentiates LaserAway in the marketplace and resonates deeply with our audience.
• Create Impactful Campaigns: Design and oversee innovative, results-driven campaigns that elevate brand recognition and engagement across all channels.
• Optimize Digital Experiences: Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to create seamless, user-friendly website and app designs that enhance the customer journey.
• Drive Organic Content: Lead the development of engaging, on-brand organic and social content that connects with our target audience.
• Innovate & Analyze: Stay ahead of trends and use insights to continually improve creative initiatives and ensure measurable results.
• Streamline Workflow: Optimize creative processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and output across all projects.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in creative direction, brand strategy, and digital innovation for consumer-facing brands.

• Creative Expertise: At least 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with 3+ years managing brand strategy initiatives for beauty, fashion, home décor, or other consumer-focused brands.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing standout creative campaigns and projects.
• Leadership: Experience managing and inspiring a creative team, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
• Digital Savvy: Expertise in UX/UI, web design, and organic/social content creation.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to align creative vision with business goals, delivering measurable impact.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in design tools and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
