Position Summary
We’re seeking a creative, curious, and highly collaborative Junior Copywriter to join our fast-paced Brand & Creative team. This role supports the development of clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms including social media, email, website, print, and in-clinic signage. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, digital, and operations to ensure every message reflects the LaserAway tone—confident, sophisticated, and always customer-centric.

This is a growth role designed for someone early in their copywriting career who is eager to learn, iterate, and build a powerful portfolio while contributing to a rapidly scaling brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit short- and long-form copy across channels (social media, email, web, SMS, digital ads, and print)
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling creative copy with guidance from senior creatives
• Assist with campaign concepting and brainstorming sessions
• Support the execution of new product or treatment launches with sharp, accurate, and on-brand messaging
• Collaborate with designers to bring copy to life visually
• Maintain and evolve our tone of voice while learning to write for different audiences (clinical, consumer, internal)
• Proofread and fact-check for consistency, clarity, and correctness
• Conduct light research to support copy development for new campaigns and topics

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a copywriting or content creation role (internships or freelance acceptable)
• A strong grasp of grammar, structure, and the power of words to move people
• A versatile writing style—able to shift tone and voice for different audiences and platforms
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset—a hunger to learn and grow in the craft
• Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work in a collaborative environment
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools preferred
