Position Summary
LaserAway is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Digital Designer to join our growing Brand & Creative team. In this hybrid creative/technical role, you’ll serve as the lead design partner for UX, UI, and MarTech teams during the implementation of a full website reskin. You’ll blend strong project management skills with hands-on front-end design and development expertise to craft responsive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of design and code—someone who understands not just how things should look, but how they work across platforms and devices. From landing pages and emails to microsites and interactive components, you’ll play a critical role in elevating LaserAway’s digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI and MarTech teams to bring the LaserAway website reskin to life, from concept to implementation
• Design and develop high-performing digital experiences (emails, landing pages, site updates) using HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript
• Ensure all design solutions are responsive, accessible, and consistent with brand standards
• Create digital assets such as banners, animations, and interactive elements for campaigns and evergreen content
• Maintain a systematized approach to asset creation—developing reusable components and templates
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, acting as the creative project owner
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, and Ops to support digital conversion goals
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in UX, performance, SEO, and accessibility standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital design and front-end development
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and a working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and email (Figma, Adobe CC, or equivalent tools)
• Strong visual design skills and a refined eye for typography, layout, and brand alignment
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility best practices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills—able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation systems a plus
• Bonus: Experience working on a site redesign or reskin project from start to finish
