About the Role:

As a Treatment Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the LaserAway experience. You’ll connect with potential patients through calls, texts, and virtual consultations to educate, guide, and close sales — helping each patient design a treatment plan tailored to their goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to educate and close sales

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing patients

• Present customized treatment plans and financing options

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals

• Partner with regional and in-clinic teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

Who Thrives Here:

• 5+ years of inside or consultative sales experience preferred

• Background in luxury, DTC, or high-value service sales

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and delivering exceptional customer service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Weekend and evening availability required
