The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist supports the accurate and timely movement of inventory between warehouse locations and clinics nationwide. This role is responsible for coordinating transfers, maintaining system accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring inventory documentation meets operational and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with the HQ Inventory Team, warehouse partners, and logistics providers to support smooth fulfillment operations.
Hourly Rate: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience and location)

Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses and clinics
Create, track, and close transfer orders within inventory/ERP systems
Verify inventory availability prior to shipment
Create shipping labels and detailed packing lists, including lot and expiration dates for medical inventory
Monitor transfer status and follow up on delayed, incomplete, or lost shipments
Reconcile inventory discrepancies related to transfers
File and monitor FedEx shipping claims as needed
Ensure accurate documentation for inbound and outbound inventory
Maintain transfer logs and prepare transfer-related reports
Support cycle counts, audits, and month-end inventory reconciliation
Participate in weekly calls with the HQ Inventory Team to review transfer activity and reconciliation results
Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment accuracy and operational efficiency
Provide additional support to the HQ Inventory Team as needed
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in inventory support, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work weekends as required
Experience with inter-warehouse or multi-location inventory transfers
Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple transfers in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and discrepancy resolution skills
Availability during LaserAway business hours, including occasional nights and weekends
Ability to work remotely with periodic time in a warehouse or office environment as needed
