What You’ll Do:

• Lead in-person consultations using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and close high-value treatment plans. Drive revenue through relationship-based selling, upselling, and cross-selling
• Educate clients on aesthetic services including laser treatments, body contouring, and injectables
• Utilize objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques to consistently exceed sales goals
• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience from first interaction through follow-up
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, client flow, and maintaining a polished clinic environment
• Collaborate with medical providers and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-end client journey

Compensation & Perks:

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of success in:
• Automotive sales (car sales)
• Inside sales / phone sales / call center sales
• Luxury retail or high-end clienteling
• Spa, med spa, or wellness management
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment
• Strong skills in closing, rapport building, and consultative selling
• Confident, polished, and professional with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and personal transformation
• Availability for evenings and weekends
